Selection process
Selection for Dean and Faculty is by shortlisting and an interview cum demo session; for Marketing Executive it is by shortlisting and interview.
Shortlisting
A committee constituted by the Bank decides the shortlisting parameters and calls an adequate number of candidates for interview. Meeting minimum qualification and experience does not give any right to be called.
Interview / Interview cum Demo Session
Dean and Faculty: interview cum demo training session. Marketing Executive: interview. Qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
100 marksCTC Negotiation
Done with candidates one by one in merit order, at the time of interview or separately afterwards. If a candidate does not agree to the negotiated CTC, they are treated as a voluntary exit and the next candidate is called.
Merit List
Prepared in descending order of interview scores only. Ties at the cut-off are ranked by age in descending order.
Final Selection
Top-most candidates in the merit list with whom CTC is successfully negotiated are finally selected.
Application fee
Application fee and intimation charges are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted for any other examination or selection in future. Payment is online (Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / UPI); transaction charges, if any, are borne by the candidate.
