Experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience of driving light and heavy motor vehicles in an organization / firm / rental agency on direct employment basis. Candidates from Armed Forces meeting the eligibility criteria may also apply. Desirable: experience as Staff Car Driver for Senior Officers of Govt. organizations / PSUs
Pay scale: Rs. 20,110-3%-70,390/- (or as revised), Skilled (SK) grade

PwBD reservation (Journeyman) The Journeyman vacancies include 01 post for PwBD (OH), 01 for PwBD (HH/PD) and 02 (Backlog) for PwBD (VH/LV). This does not apply to the Crane Operator, Rigger and Driver Material Handling trades.
Clean driving record (Driver) Driver candidates must have a clean driving record for the last 6 years: no accident history, no police complaints for accidents, major traffic violations, reckless driving or driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stipend, Pay & Benefits
Journeyman: 2 years of training on a fixed stipend of Rs. 24,000 per month (1st year) and Rs. 26,000 per month (2nd year)
Journeyman: on successful completion of training, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirement, may be placed in Semi-skilled grade (pay scale Rs. 19,900-3%-69,650 or as applicable at the time of absorption)
Driver (Vehicle): Skilled (SK) grade pay scale Rs. 20,110-3%-70,390/- (or as revised)
Driver (Vehicle): in addition to Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances, CPF, Gratuity etc. are admissible as per Company rules
Medical, Canteen and other benefits for Operative category employees are admissible as applicable
