Young Professionals provide high quality inputs in their discipline, data analysis, project management, and evaluation of schemes / programmes / start-ups / innovation. Work also covers special studies including feasibility studies, compliance supervision, training and development, and implementation monitoring. The role requires demonstration of proven academic credentials, professional achievement and leadership qualities.

Register with a valid e-mail ID and mobile number (keep the e-mail ID active for at least one year). 4. After login, go to VACANCIES, select the recruitment and then the post you are applying for. 5. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, experience and other information, and upload the photograph, signature and certificates. 6. Check every detail before final submission. No change is allowed after final submission unless enabled by KVIC. 7. Note down the unique application / registration number and keep a copy of the submitted form. Last date: 30 Oct 2026 (23:59 hours).

Nature of engagement: contract initially for one year only; may be extended on the basis of performance for a further 2 years. Fresh contract is signed for any extension, after performance appraisal. Remuneration: fixed for the specified period. Income tax is deducted at source. Other allowances: no Dearness Allowance, accommodation, medical reimbursement etc. TA / DA is allowed only for approved domestic tours, as applicable to Pay Matrix Level-5 'Executive' posts at the place of posting. No TA / DA for joining, completion or attending interviews. Working hours: same as regular KVIC employees. No extra remuneration for work beyond working hours or on holidays. Leave: 8 days in a single year. Unavailed leave cannot be carried forward. Intervening Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays are not counted. Legal status: Young Professionals are not staff of KVIC and have no claim to any benefit, absorption or regularization. Confidentiality: no disclosure of information gathered during the assignment without KVIC's approval. Selected candidates provide integrity certificates from 2 references and an undertaking of no criminal record or pending criminal case. Insurance: the Young Professional arranges any life, health or other insurance at their own expense. Termination: either side may terminate by giving one month's notice. Services are liable to discontinuation without reason if found unsatisfactory or in conflict with KVIC's interests.
