Personal Interview
Applies to both Deputation and PRCE candidates. The selection process judges knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness.

Medical fitness examination (PRCE only)
Executives on PRCE: Executive/Technical category. Supervisors on PRCE: Aye-one (A-1), not below Aye-three (A-3). Supervisor-I in Architecture on PRCE: Aye-three (A-3). Candidates who fail the medical test get no alternative employment, and the decision of the corporation is final.

Good to know before you apply
Proper channel only Serving candidates must apply through proper channel, forwarded by the Cadre Controlling Authority of the parent organization, so that it reaches DMRC by the last date. Advance copies are not entertained under any circumstances.
Late or incomplete applications rejected Incomplete applications and applications received after 4 Nov 2026 will be summarily rejected. DMRC is not responsible for loss or delay in post.
No individual communication No separate communication is sent by post. Candidates must regularly check the DMRC website for the shortlist and screening schedule.

Terms of Engagement
Deputation: normal tenure is 05 years, extendable to 07 years in special cases, or till the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier
PRCE: initially for one year. The contract may be extended subject to the requirement of the corporation and satisfactory performance
Deputation pay: selected candidates continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable under the relevant rules
PRCE remuneration is consolidated and based on the retired substantive grade, with other benefits as per company policy
Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for works of the concerned department (Architecture, Civil/Track, S&T or Environment) for DMRC projects, consultancy and O&M works.
